Firm Partner Gregory T. Kimmel focuses his practice on business organizations, estate planning, elder law, guardianships, probate and estate administration, trusts, and wills. Mr. Kimmel is a Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate law, as certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has also been named a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. A native of Tyler, Mr. Kimmel is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center and the University of Texas at Austin. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2001.
