Lottmann has more than 30 years of legal experience, focusing his practice on business formation, estate planning, probate and estate administration, contract preparation and review, will contests, trust and estate litigation, and mediation. Mr. Lottmann is admitted to practice in the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Texas and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts of the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas. A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Mr. Lottmann attended Texas A & M University, graduating summa cum laude, and received his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1980.
